Day 85.... God is so wonderful, awesome, and true. Tyler is gearing up for the big move on Thursday. This past weekend he was actually making sound when he was laughing. He was making more sounds today! This is very encouraging. He was drinking out of a straw. He continues to work on his walking and upper body strength. He is using his hands more talk. This is good because it will get us closer to being able to have him evaluated by a neuro opthamologist, this is a doctor that specializes in eye, and the nerves to the eye. Once he is to the point where he can communicate enough, the dr will be able to tell what he sees, how much he can see, and where he might have blind spots, but this is still down the road. We are all anxiously counting down to Thursday. Bobby is getting his house ready, and Kara continues to look for a house. When he comes home, he will continue with therapy at home then progress to outpatient therapy. He has a long way to go but, OH MY what progress he has made since that July 6th evening. We will continue to pray, He will continue to fight and work, and God will continue to heal and answer our prayers. Thank you to everyone for being by Ty and the family through this journey.

Tyler and family,
Even though I have never met you, you have truely been an inspiration to me. Your hard work and determination has gotten you so far and will continue to pull you through.
my brother was hit by a drunk driver 4 yrs ago and he was left a quadriplegic, so in a way I know what you are going through. Unfortunately my brother passed away last July. With Tyler getting ready to come home I don't know if you know how much you will need for his home care. We were left with several items for Handicapped use. One of them being a shower chair. If you would have any interest in this item, please email me at
heldat392002@yahoo.com and I can pass the information on to you.
Keep up the good work Tyler.

All that comes to mind when we read this everyday is what an AWSOME GOD we have and what a strong and determined young man Ty is. Keep all the good work up and you will always be in our prayers and praise reports.

It is so good to see that Tyler gets to go home!! Thanks to God and everyones prays he has come a long way. I see that he will have to see a neuro opthamologist, I myself have been seeing one for six months now down in Dayton. He is a wonderfuk dr and I recommend him to everyone and anyone. Not sure where they are wanting him to go when that time comes but if anyone would like his name and information about him please let me know. I will be more then happy to give that. I continue to pray that Tyler comtines on his road to recovery and before we all know it he will be up and talking and walking!! Keep it up Tyler!!
