Day 7. Tyler continues to fight hard. He is making small steps. When asked he will point his finger, squeeze a hand, move his toes. This is hard work for him, and he is doing a great job. His doctors have requested minimal people to be in his room. This is to allow him not to be over stimulated at this point; while his brain is still trying to heal and slowly wake up. Please know that visitors are always welcome but also please understand that we may not be able to allow you back to see him at this particular stage in his recovery. Kara and Bobby are always grateful for the visits and try to get out to see everyone. So please definitely feel free to stop by to see them. If they are not in the lobby one of the other family members is usually present or near by. There is usually a host at the desk and they can call back to let Kara and Bobby know someone is out in the lobby for them. As for the friends and family members who are out of town wishing to send them a card or note. You may feel free to mail items to the Grandparents houses. This would be Bobby's parents house Bob and Marcia Priest at 8232 Zook Rd Van Wert, OH 45891. And Kara's parents house Bill and Mary Fallis at 16626 Dull Robinson Rd. Ohio City, OH 45874. Sending all my support and prayers from Knoxville, TN! I was looking forward to your visit in the Smokies only to be completely saddend by the news of Tyler. I wish I was there to give you all a big hug and heartfelt empathy for your family. You are all in my prayers. It is wonderful to have a daily update to follow the encouraging news of Tyler's improvements. I will continue to pray for all of you!

Mom and Dad, "I can do all things through Christ..." Please know that we support your every moment with Ty, he is living proof that God was watching over him. My faith and strength were also tested on July 3rd this year when our home burned. We lost everything inside BUT my son and myself walked away with our lives and when my husband drove up to see us standing there... he began believing in a higher power. Until that moment I don't think that he actually did believe in God. Now he atleast knows that someone woke me up from the nap I was taking. My son was asleep next to the room that was burning and we awoke, we began to immediately look for my daughter, (she had left with her father and we were unaware of leaving). I just prayed that she wasn't there inside still. God gave us the strenth to run in and out of that fire three times to be sure that she wasn't in danger and unconscience. I prayed for strength and he gave it to us. HE WILL PULL YOU THROUGH EVEN THE HARDEST OF TIMES!!!!!
Keep the faith brother and sister. This entire community will know of your struggle and we will be here to help in any way we can!

We continue to lift Tyler and the entire family up to our Heavenly Father. We just pray for your family's continued strength and Tyler's continued progress. God is bigger than any of it, bigger than the problems, obstacles, people. Keep your faith strong.
The Payne Pony League is keeping Tyler and his family in thoughts and prayers each and every day.
As Matt said...we are all thinking of Tyler and ALL the family and friends that are there to support eachother everyday. Please let us know if there is anything you guys need! We were very shocked and saddend to hear about Tyler's accident. Many wrestlers were calling the house to see if Matt had heard any news. This blog is so awesome! I will have Matthew pass it on! You are all in our thoughts and prayers daily. Please keep the faith and as Gene used to tell us all Bob was you just have to put it in Gods Hands and he will do the rest. Do we ever know the power of prayer and as this blog has shown there are prayers being lifted up all over the state, what proud parents you must be to know how special and loved your son is. So sorry to hear about the news, but Tyler is in our prayers and thoughts daily. He was such a sweet little boy the last time I saw him and I know God has great plans for him yet, keep fighting Tyler! We're also praying for the rest of the family for strength and endurance to help Tyler in the days ahead!
